Sunday runs

Easy like Sunday morning 10-12K

8am, Trumpington Meadows Primary School

This is the OG! Our signature Sunday run where we chat and connect whilst getting a few miles in! We have two pace groups:

  • 9:30-10:30 min mile / 5:54 to 6:31 min km
  • 10:30-12:00 min mile / 7:30 min km

Our runs are mix of trail and road with a variety of terrains.

Tuesday runs

3 in 35-42 mins

7pm, Trumpington Meadows Primary School

This 3 mile (5km) run is ideal for those who have recently graduated from Couch to 5K or who can run 5K in around 35-42 minutes. Our supportive run leaders and welcoming runners will encourage you every step of the way, helping you build confidence and consistency in a friendly, non-judgemental environment.

Our lovely, chatty, sociable 4 mile (6.4km) run starting from Trumpington Community College in Autumn/ Winter and Trumpington Meadows Primary School in the spring/ summer! The pace for this is approximately 10-11.5 min mile (6:13 min km - 7.0 min km).

This run is aimed at runners looking to pick up the pace, targeting around a 9-minute mile (5:30 min/km) and covering 6 miles (10km).

Couch to 5K

Couch to 5k Spring/Summer 2026 - Starting on 14 April

7pm on Tuesdays, Trumpington Meadows Primary School

Our Couch to 5K course is designed for complete beginners or anyone returning to running. If you feel too slow, too old, or too unfit, don’t worry, if you can walk, you can run. You’ll be supported every step of the way in a welcoming and encouraging environment. The course is led by an England Athletics–qualified coach and experienced run leaders. We ask participants to commit to the full programme and aim to complete a couple of additional runs each week at home. Along the way, you’ll learn simple techniques to support your running development.
